Shipping Policy:

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 3-5 business days after the order is placed. Please note, during peak periods or promotions, processing times may extend slightly.
  • Shipping Rates & Delivery: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and order size. Standard delivery times typically range between 7-10 business days for domestic orders. International shipping times may vary based on location and customs processing.
  • Shipping Delays: While we strive to ensure timely delivery, please note that shipping delays due to external factors (such as weather, postal strikes, customs delays, etc.) are outside our control. We are not responsible for such delays and encourage customers to track their orders via the tracking number provided.
  • Incorrect Shipping Information: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information at the time of purchase. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges will apply to resend the order.
  • Lost/Stolen Packages: Once an order is shipped and a tracking number is provided, Charming Stylez Bar is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend reaching out to the shipping carrier directly in such cases.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • All Sales Final: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is deemed defective upon delivery.
  • Defective Items: In the rare event that you receive a defective item, please contact us at charmingstylezbar@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We require photographic evidence of the defect. Upon review, we will determine if the item qualifies for an exchange or refund. Defective items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging and tags intact.
  • Refund Policy: Refunds are only issued for items that are proven to be defective and cannot be replaced. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days once the returned item is received and inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping: For approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Charming Stylez Bar is not responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items that are worn, damaged by the customer, or missing original packaging/tags
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Sale items and promotional products
  • Items returned without prior authorization
